ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਬਰਫਬਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦਾ ਸੋਨਮਰਗ ਬਰਫ ਦੀ ਚਿੱਟੀ ਚਾਦਰ ਨਾਲ ਢੱਕਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਸ੍ਰੀਨਗਰ-ਲੇਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਇਹ ਸਥਾਨ ਵੀ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਸੈਲਾਨੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਖਿੱਚ ਦਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
