ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਸੰਕਟ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵਧ ਮਾਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਈ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਲਵਾਈ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਨਾ ਆਉਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਵੀ ਪੇਸ਼ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸਾਨ ਰਾਤਾਂ ਜਾਗਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਹਨ।
