ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਤਿੰਨ-ਭਾਸ਼ੀ ਫਾਰਮੂਲੇ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਰਾਜ 'ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਥੋਪੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਿੱਖੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਖੁਦ ਚੁਣੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਕੇਂਦਰ ਨੇ 19 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਰਾਜ 'ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਥੋਪੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
