ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ: ਭਾਰਤ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ ਆਰਪੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਯਾਨੀ ਰੁਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦਾ ਦੇਹਾਂਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਆਰਪੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਸ਼ਿਵ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਦੇ ਚੱਲਦਿਆਂ 12 ਮਈ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਲਵਿਦਾ ਕਹਿ ਗਏ। ਆਰਪੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ।

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਖੇਡ ਜਗਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਸਤੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੇ ਦੇਹਾਂਤ 'ਤੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟਰ ਸੁਰੇਸ਼ ਰੈਨਾ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਟਵੀਟ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਆਰਪੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੇ ਦੇਹਾਂਤ 'ਤੇ ਹਮਦਰਦੀ ਜ਼ਾਹਿਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
